To
place an order browse the lists and then email me to confirm availability.
I will then get back to you as soon as I can (usually within 24
hours) with confirmation of the order. If sending long lists of
commons and uncomons it may take a while longer, sorry.
I
can accept payment by cheque and postal order in the UK, or International
Money Orders and bank cheques drawn on a UK bank for overseas
orders. All cheques/money orders if at all possible must be made
out in Pounds Stirling. For overseas orders, if you are not sure
how to make payments in stirling check with your local post office
or bank. You may as a last resort send cash, however you do so
at your own risk! (send cash by recorded or registered post
if at all possible, and disguise it (Overseas customers please
do not send any coins and change cannot be given, sorry). If
you cannot send money orders/bank cheques in pounds stirling
(i.e. dollars, euros etc.) you must add an additional £6.00
to the order total to cover my bank charges to have it converted.
Check with your bank or on the net for the latest conversion
rates.
I
can also accept credit card/debit card payments through Pay Pal. All payments are made
through them using their secure server. Use the following email
address (sales@greenangelgames.com) and enter the appropriate
details. Please include a brief description of the order in
the comments box, so I know what the payment is for (You don't
have to list the entire order). Please note I cannot take card
payments direct, you must send payments through the Pay Pal
website (there is no additional cost to make payments) or alternatively
ask and I will send a Paypal Invoice.
NOTE
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS : I am afraid I cannot currently
accept any other means of payment other than the above,
this includes Bank Transfers, Western Union, Personal Cheques,
Post Office Orders or other Money Orders not specifically designed
for overseas use.

Orders
will be sent out upon clearance of payment. Usually the same
or next day if paid using a UK Postal Orders Cash or through
Paypal and approx 5-7 working days for Cheques/Money Orders.
Although please allow up to 28 days for delivery within the UK
(although most items should take only 1-3 for 1st class mail).
International Airmail usually takes about 5-10 working days and
Surface Mail can take approx 4-8 weeks, both depending on location
(ie the further from the UK the longer it can take). Please wait
until these delivery times are up before enquiring about missing/delayed
orders. During Holiday peroids orders may take a little longer.

Orders
over £200.00 post free (UK only).
All
UK orders are posted 1st class, heavy items (1kg plus) are usually
sent Parcel Post. By default orders over £20.00 are sent
by recorded mail or with appropriate insurance. For orders under £20.00
recorded delivery is an extra 50p. Overseas orders are sent by
standard Air or Surface mail depending on the customers wishes.
International Recorded Delivery costs an extra £3.30. Other
postage options may be available please enquire if you need them.
ie Next Day Delivery (UK only), SwiftAir etc.
Approx
90+% of all single cards are mint straight from the packet
(100% in the case of some games). Other cards should be at
least Near Mint. Occasionally cards of a lesser quality may
slip through so if
not satisfied with the condition of an item, or an item is found
to be incomplete, return within 10 days for a full refund.
Payment
must be received in full before items are sent, NO exceptions!
If you need cards by a particular date (ie for a tournament)
please make sure payment is sent well ahead of time.
You
can email me to reserve items, in which case I will hold them
for 10 days (15 days for oversease customers) before they are
returned to stock or until payment is received. If contacting
me by e-mail please note that due to other work commitments it
can take a day or two to contact you back. Sorry about this.
If
emailing to reserve or check the availability of cards I can
answer your enquiry quicker if you list the set/expansion the
cards are from and the rarity and the price from the list (if
given).
I
do not keep large stocks of Commons and Uncommons for most games
so please bare this in mind when ordering.

single cards and some 2nd hand/out of print games), always double
